I’m a Registered Dietitian, the owner of Fuel Forward Nutrition, and a total foodie who believes food should be enjoyed, not feared.

Whether you’re an athlete, navigating recovery, or just trying to make sense of nutrition, I take a holistic approach to help you ditch restrictive rules for a flexible, sustainable balance.

When I’m not working with clients, I’m usually experimenting with simple, nourishing meals or finding new ways to enjoy moving—from weight training and swimming to pilates and jump rope.

My goal is to create a supportive space where you can build the same food freedom and confidence I cherish, fueling your body while keeping the pleasure of a great meal front and center. Together, we’ll make sure nourishment enhances your lifestyle, mental well-being, and long-term health.
